Puzzles/Games Encourage Brain Development

Take time to work puzzles with your toddler





Fill a large sock with small items. Allow child to reach in and guess the item by touch.
Vary the game by using pairs of items, asking child to find its match in the sock.

24-36 Month Development

Ask your toddler to point to his/her body parts. Can they name three??











Ask your toddler to point to named pictures in a book. Can he/she name 8 pictures?



Play a sorting game with your toddler matching items by size, color, or shape.






Remember to give lots of praise!

12-14 Month Development

Dropping chips into a can stimulates a baby's brain! It helps develop both intellectual and fine motor skills and it's fun! Try it with your baby!
